Shipping policy

We provide free shipping on all orders within the USA and Canada.

 

Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before they are dispatched. After shipment, deliveries within Canada may take up to an additional 7 - 12 business days, while USA deliveries may take up to 7 - 14 business days. International shipments can take up to 11 additional business days. Although we do our best to deliver sooner than these estimates, certain shipping factors remain outside of our control.

 

We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer. This includes missing information such as apartment or unit numbers. If an order cannot be delivered due to an address error, the customer must pay for a new shipping label to resend the package. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers are expected to provide a secure delivery address.

 

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If a carrier mistakenly delivers a package to a neighboring address, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange retrieval.

 

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. Because returned packages are not sent back to us, refunds will not be provided for refused or returned shipments.
